Derek Joseph Smith, 24, of Sioux Falls, SD was arrested alongside 30 other members of Patriot Front while attempting to disrupt a Pride event in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. James was convicted by a jury for his participation in this action alongside four other Patriot Front members: Devin W. Center, Forrest C. Rankin, James J. Johnson, and Robert B. Whitted
